The Build Process Christian's professional background results in a level of documentation rarely seen in the construction industry. This means clear communications and realistic expectations…with no surprises! All revision and change orders are clearly documented and approved by you. Using the critical path method of scheduling and state-of-the-art software we are able to stage delivery of materials, subcontractor work, and inspections to meet your move-in date. After our final walk-through, we strive to complete all follow-up work within two weeks. We discuss every component of your new home, address proper maintenance and your homeowner's warranty.
